The faculty of Educate Yourself for Tomorrow welcomes you to our bulletin board. One of the most important features in education is to be able to engage in dialog with other seekers of wisdom. It is through others that we can learn more about our spiritual selves, which is the purpose of this program of interdisciplinary studies in Liberal Arts. Let’s learn to share with each other. I personally look forward to hearing from you and engaging in discussion.

hi, i'm francine carino and i'm new to this whole idea of online learning. i'm not even sure if this is the right forum to introduce myself. my apologies if i'm in the wrong forum.

however, I have always been interested in the liberal arts; in fact, i graduated from a liberal arts school in the philippines. i used to teach homer's epics, greek drama, shakespeare's plays, modern literature and dante's divine comedy. i am therefore very interested in your shakespeare and dante courses.

before i enroll, i would like to explore online learning and your free course for a bit.

anyway, all for now. i hope to hear from you soon. thank you!

Yes, this is the right forum, Francine. Please don't hesitate to respond to any of the questions at the end of each topic or to ask your own questions. I am eager to assist you in your love of the Humanities in any way I can.

Hi Francine,

Thank you for your enrollment in our Shakespeare course. I have sent you an email just now with the lecture/guide to the first part of the course. We can now dialog about anything at all concerning this rich material. At the end of the lecture/guide are questions which require essay writing responses. This will help us in this dialog.

Hello fellow seekers,

After many searches and self study sessions looking to further what little education I have in the humanities, I found this sight and feel that I'm in the right place. I look forward to learning as much as possible and discussions in the forum.

I'm also glad to know that there is a community that I can trade ideas with and learn from especially since many I associate with don't share the same interest in enlightenment.

Here's to a long relationship.

Hi Pamela,

Thank you for your interest in Educate Yourself for Tomorrow. Since you are interested in myths and fairy tales, why don't you begin the free course on this subject, Humanities 109? I will be happy to be your mentor.

Hi I'm Terri,

Like Francine I'm new to the idea of online learning, I live in a very remote setting and don't have internet at home yet. I work in town one day a week when I have access to the internet so I would like to try the free course first before enrolling to see if this will work for me. I am very excited about this opportunity for learning; I have a BA in literature, but found that there was often something missing in my studies. Last summer I found the path I was looking for while working on a Biodynamic Farm where I discovered Rudolph Steiner's work. This new chance to learn is very exciting!
